How large does your debt need to be? Our firm will handle small claims as well as large claims. We charge flat fees for the small claims, and evaluate the large claims on a case-by-case basis. Claims for under $50,000 go through mandatory court-annexed arbitration in Oregon.
Cases are accepted on a contingency basis if they are over $2,500. Cases under that amount will be charged $250 for collection services to be peformed prior to the filing of the suit.
