We strive to recover the debt without filing a lawsuit through negotiations with the debtor. Sometimes we are unable to communicate with the debtor or the debtor is unwilling or unable to negotiate, in which case we evaluate and prepare to file a lawsuit.
Before we file a lawsuit, we provide you with a summary of our investigations and communications with the debtor. We will let you know what proposals were made and rejected by the debtor and we will provide you with our assessment going forward with the lawsuit. our efforts to contact the debtor, the terms of any settlement proposal made by the debtor, and our recommendations. You will approve additional costs and fees necessary to pursue formal legal action and you can decide whether to you want us to file suit.
