What do I file with the Oregon Corporations Division?
The Oregon Corporations Division is in the office of the Oregon Secretary of State and accepts filings to create, change and dissolve your LLC. The Division also accepts changes to your Registered Agent and can provide a Certificate of Existence or copies of the Articles of Organization. The state will also send to the annual renewal form about 1 month prior to the expiration of the LLC. Most LLC forms that will be filed cost $50 with $5 fee for a confirmation copy. The forms can be faxed or mailed in. The renewals after the first year can be done online with a credit card payment.
